Maths portfolio sample T3 2015

Description: I am on Elly A and ELLY has thought us a strategy called the box meathead and it is really helpful for my learning because we had to work out a qustion that's was like over 200 divide 7 and I got the awnser by the box strategy.

Evaluation: I think I did well with the strategy but I think I need to work on making it neater.

Drama portfolio T3 2015

Description: we have been learning drama with Rebecca and we have done 3 or 4 activities and my favourite is you can't take me because you had to explain why the person can't take the object and we had to transform into the shape


Big Idea: The rest if the activities were hot seat and hot seat is we're this is a person and you ask questions to find out who that person is and the person in the hot seat has to stay in character. I don't know what it is called but I will just say it's were there is a person in the middle and you have to try and make the person in the middle laugh and I don't know the name of this one but you had to act it out and the last one is that there is a person that acts as something and the person that is walking around taps someone on the shoulder and meet and act it out the same way

Evaluation: I think I did well staying in character because my group knew who I was when we were playing hot seat but I could work on is what Shaiv said cause I rush in activities sometimes.

Writing portfolio sample T3 2015

Description: for writing we had to look at a photo and chose 1 character and make a story and I chose the fishes because there awesome there shaped like a tornado but enough about the picture I need to talk about my writing. I am in troys writing group and I will show my story and this is the picture like we were talking about

Big idea: I have a goal but I forgot my goal but my goal is close to troys writing group so that's why I am in troys writing group and if you haven't read my story read it now cause it is so awesome!

Next time don't do that much pictures. Shaiv.

Evaluation: I think I did well with the story cause it makes sense but I probably need to work on making the story shorter cause it was quite long.

Production T3 2015

Description: For production we got chose one out of 3 production and we have to chose 1st and 2nd favourite. Troy is taking elements, Rebecca is taking heroes and villains and Kate is taking out of Africa and I picked Rebecca 1st, Troy 2nd and Kate 3rd and I got chose to be in heroes and villains. I was lucky. For my person I am making a heroe called Actman and I have a drawing of him and a picture of who I was going to do and he has magic and a dagger.

Big idea:
We are doing this because we want to become people from wearable arts just not on the show

1) The materials that I used to create my garment were: ice cream box, tinfoil, tape and paper

2) The most challenging thing about production for me was: getting the material

3) One way I demonstrated a growth mindset during production was: brining some materials to school

4) Something I am really proud of about production was: making my costume

5) Our school vision is to create agency, creativity and excellence. I showed this by: helping people, having new ideas, and not having to much material for my costume.

Evaluation: I think I did well with my character because I added a lot of detail I think I could work on is that I could not add so much writing.

Mini description: I have done a mask made out of a plastic container and a whip and 4 bands that give me powers and a flat tyre and banana bombs witch are just beer stuff. I just need fabric for the chest plate and maybe my leggings to.

I changed my costume and it is completely different from the plan and mood board and this is what it looks like (IMAGE)

Questions for KSI/Portfolio sample T3 2015

Description: For reading we do 2 workshops a week and when we don't have a workshop we do something could a tic tac toe and I chose interview. What interview is that you ask questions to a person. 10 questions is novice and 20 questions is expert. These are the questions that I did and almost forgot I chose KSI. By the way I am questioning and the other one is summarising.

Big idea: 

For reading we have been learning right there questions. Right there questions start with What, When, Where, Who and How witch helped me for my questions that you have probably seen. What we do for the right there questions is that we ask questions before we read the book and then once you've asked the questions you read the text and awnser the questions you have asked.

Feedback/Feedfordward: I like how you made those questions not obvious but you could work on doing 20 questions. Kyan.

Evaluation: I think I did good questions but I think I could do 20 questions instead like Kyan said.
